some words, a story

I heard a story of a young girl who wanted to be a tree. She would frequently walk to the woods and return talking all sorts of religious nonesense. One cool morning as the fog was hiding all to everyone except those willing to go for a closer look, this young girl again as usual walked out to the forest. She dug a hole about a foot deep, removed her sneakers and stepped in with both feet bare. She returned the dirt to the hole, packed it down well, and extended her arms to the heavens. The story ends there, the forest is no longer where it was when this all took place, and no one is quite certain what happened to this young girl. Anyways, I am inspired, and would like to be a tree.
